KARE 11 – Three movies that got ‘snubbed’ by the Oscars in 2024
By Brian Eggert | February 3, 2024
Dear readers,
Check out my appearance on Minnesota’s NBC affiliate, KARE 11, on February 3, 2024. Reporter Chris Hrapsky and I talk about Oscar nominations in our segment, “Three movies that got ‘snubbed’ by the Oscars in 2024.”
I shared my thoughts about the Oscar categories in which Are You There God? It’s Me, Margaret, All of Us Strangers, and The Taste of Things should have been considered. I also touch on Barbie‘s snubs. Despite getting eight Oscar nominations, Margot Robbie was overlooked for Best Actress, and Greta Gerwig was not nominated for Best Director.
