KARE 11 – 3 movies you need to see in theaters now

Check out my appearance on Minnesota’s NBC affiliate, KARE 11, on April 20, 2024. Anchor Chris Hrapsky and I talked about “3 movies you need to see in theaters now.”
I recommended three titles, all of which I gave my highest rating of 4 stars: Alex Garland’s controversial Civil War, David and Nathan Zellner’s Sasquatch Sunset, and Luca Guadagnino’s Challengers.
After the brief reviews, I plugged the Minneapolis St. Paul International Film Festival, which goes until April 25. And there was this odd bit at the end where the upcoming family movie If came up, and then Chris started talking about how his imaginary friend was in the studio with us. I still don’t see what he was talking about, but it’s great to know he’s buzzing about the film.
