KARE 11 – Three to See During Awards Season

By Brian Eggert | December 6, 2025

Dear readers,

Today I returned to KARE 11 Saturday, the weekend morning show of the NBC affiliate in Minnesota, to discuss three new releases with meteorologist Belinda Jensen.

I started with one of the year’s best films: Marty Supreme, starring Timothée Chalamet in director Josh Safdie’s exhilarating story about an overconfident would-be table tennis champion. Next, I shared some thoughts on No Other Choice, directed by Park Chan-wook. Both titles open on December 25. Finally, I discussed Jay Kelly, starring George Clooney in his best role in years. Adam Sandler, Laura Dern, and the late Stacy Keach also star in this existential comedy about show business, which is now on Netflix.

Check out the video below and visit the Guest Appearances page for my other TV and podcast credits.

Happy viewing!

Brian
