KARE 11 – 3 Films Now in Theaters

By Brian Eggert | September 13, 2025

Dear readers,

On September 14, I appeared on KARE 11 Saturday, Minnesota’s most-watched weekend morning show, to recommend three great movies now in theaters.

Anchor Chris Hrapsky and I talked about how surprising it is that Spinal Tap II: The End Continues is a worthwhile sequel to the original classic, This Is Spinal Tap  (1984). We also discussed how much I loved The Long Walk, director Francis Lawrence’s new film based on the brutal book by Stephen King (as Richard Bachman). And we chatted about the fun but weirdly timed Christmas indie rom-com The Baltimorons.

Check out the discussion below and visit the Guest Appearances page for my other TV and podcast credits.

Happy viewing!

Brian
